EUDR Traceability

Traceability workflows for EUDR-ready supply chains

Map suppliers, commodities, country of origin, geolocation evidence and documentation into one connected EUDR record system.

What EUDR traceability means

Traceability under EUDR is about being able to show, with evidence, that the relevant products you place on or export from the EU market come from known origins, are deforestation-free after 31 December 2020 and were legally produced.

Traceability across suppliers and commodities

EUDR.io connects every supplier to the commodities, products and lots they provide. The same supplier can be linked to multiple commodities and origins, mirroring how real supply chains work.

Origin data

Capture country and region of origin per supplier and per relevant product, with evidence attached and ownership assigned.

Commodity mapping

Group your products by commodity (cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soy, wood) and selected derived products listed in Annex I, so internal reporting and audits align with the regulation’s structure.

Document trail

Every relevant product is linked to declarations, certificates, invoices and origin evidence — accessible in one click during audits.

  • Declarations and certificates
  • Origin documents
  • Trade and shipping evidence
  • Internal review notes

Geolocation evidence

Plot coordinates and production area data are connected to suppliers and products, forming the geolocation backbone of EUDR readiness.

Audit-ready records

Generate structured exports per supplier, commodity, batch or time period — without rebuilding evidence from scratch each time.
